We proud ourselves to cooperate with growers in Sorrento. We pick only Pergola trained “Ovale Sorrentino “lemons within the municipality of Sorrento. The skins are peeled and infused within 48 hours. We use a very high concentration of lemon skin per liters of alcohol and we infuse only in very small batches .
We proof down to 30% ABV with water sourced from the Monti Lattari and we bottle in our traditional long neck vessel. No Artificial Color, no Aromas or flavourings of sort!
We strive to make a high viscosity product which can cater to very mixologist.The quality of the clonetype of the and the quantity of skins per liter are our secret ingredients. The residual sugar is perfectly balanced by the essential oils making us the perfect modifier for cocktails.

Method of production We pick fennel around the areas of Mount Faito and Mount San Costanzo in the Sorrentine Peninsula. And infuse only flowers and seeds within 48 hours from harvest. The process of infusion lasts about 10 days . The best and long lasting aromatics are contained in the flowers with seeds.
We proof down to 30% ABV with sugar and local water, and we bottled unfiltered. No Artificial Color, no Aromas or flavourings of sort!
The lightly balsamic flavour is perfectly balanced with sugar and might be used in lieu of pastis, Absint or liquirish liqueur. Wildly appreciated by mixologist!
